Greenfield Online - Ciao’s Parent - Acquired

Will have to follow up with the Ciao team later this week, but just wanted to pass along the news that Greenfield Online, parent of Ciao, was acquired by Quadrangle Group (private equity firm) for approximately $426mm. Greenfield Online is a public company (NASDAQ:SRVY). The purchase price is a 17% premium to closing price on Friday.
